Client: Timber Ridge

Project: Website

Role: Lead Web Designer & Front-End Developer

Tech/Tools: UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, Responsive Design, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, Wordpress

The Challenge

Timber Ridge is a premier East Coast real estate developer with decades of experience transforming land into residential communities. They needed a elevated digital presence to showcase their $850M+ investment footprint, convey their land-first development philosophy, and connect with potential partners, county officials, and homebuilders.

My Approach

Managing both design and front-end development allowed me to craft a sleek, unified narrative. I designed layout systems that balance high-level stats (financing milestones, regional coverage) with structured project breakdowns. The visual direction leans into earthy tones and crisp typography—signaling stability, expertise, and environmental stewardship.

The Result

A high-performance corporate platform that establishes immediate authority in competitive markets like Northern Virginia, New York, and New Jersey, providing a seamless contact point for new land acquisitions and joint ventures.
