Client: Chatham Park
Project: Homebuilders Web Module
Role: End-to-End Designer (Concept, UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Execution)
Tech/Tools: Web Design, Web Module, HTML, PHP, Javascript, UI/UX Design
The Challenge
Chatham Park features multiple homebuilders, neighborhoods, and price points. Prospective buyers were overwhelmed trying to figure out which builder offered what home type, in which neighborhood, and at what price. The goal was to replace scattered builder info with an easy, engaging way to explore options.
My Approach
I designed an interactive web module that helps buyers quickly match with the right builder. It features a top filter bar to sort options by builder, home type, neighborhood, and price, alongside clean builder cards with photo carousels and key specs. I built the module mobile-first for smooth touch control and included direct CTAs so visitors can easily visit builder sites or contact the sales team.
The Result
The new module transformed a complex web of inventory across multiple neighborhoods into a fast, centralized discovery tool that drastically reduced search friction for buyers. By creating a flexible, modular layout, the system now scales effortlessly whenever new homebuilders or neighborhood phases join the community. Ultimately, the streamlined UI created a much smoother path from initial exploration to booking home tours and connecting directly with builders.
